Returns, changes or replacements of goods are accepted within 15 days of the date of receipt of the goods by submitting a written declaration.

Return of the goods to anatoljewellery.gr must take place within 15 days of the date of the request for change, return or replacement.

A refund can be made by replacing the order’s products or by issuing a credit note that can be redeemed only in the physical boxes of Anatol.

For the return, change or replacement of the merchandise, the value stated on the proof of purchase will be considered. A prerequisite for return, change or replacement is that the goods are returned by the customer in the same excellent condition as they were received, intact and without any damage. Their packaging should be the one that accompanies them when bought (we do not refer to the shipping package which may be different, as long as it guarantees the safe shipment of the product to us). The goods should be shipped in perfect condition – with all the labels on. Goods to be returned must be accompanied by the original documents / documents accompanying the goods (eg retail receipt, change card and any promotional gift)

Returned goods that do not meet the above basic conditions will not be accepted.

Our return shipping company works exclusively with SPEEDEX courier company for orders in Greece and FedEx for orders outside Greece.

In the event that you choose other carriers to return the goods, you will bear the cost of the return in any case and we can not provide you with any guarantee of the times of receipt of the goods you return. At the same time, we do not guarantee the security and insurance of goods returned via other carriers.

For foreign countries the cost of returning or replacing goods as well as the cost of reimbursement due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.
